LOCKING? 4.75
This is a trick that will make you look like a sleight of hand artist -- with no skill required -- the special gimmicked coins do all the work.
The effect:
You display Rs.4.75 in coins ..your open hand (2 coins of 2 rupees,1 fifty paise coin, and a twenty five paise coin ). You ask your audience to watch closely and to do some basic math. You place all four coins on the table, and pick up one of thetwo rupees coin and place it in your closed left fist. "two rupees." Then you place the fifty paise coin in the same closed fist "plus 50paise is 2.50 paise". Then you place the twenty five paise coin in the closed left fist too. "Plus twenty five paise is 2.75". Last, you pick up the last two rupees coin and place it in the same hand and say," Rs2.75 paise plus 2 rupees is..." pause "Remember, this is called the 4.75 coin trick!" they'll sayRs. 4.75 ... You then open your hand to show only ONE two rupees coin!!. "NO - It's just TWO RUPEES !
