TUBE BLENDO
This is one of the beautiful and classic effects in Silk magic …the blendo effect but now much easier to perform using a paper tube. Magician shows three 9" silks , one red, yellow and a green. The red silk is tied to the yellow and the yellow to the green. The paper tube is shown empty and the three tied silks are inserted into the tube one by one. Magician tells the spectators to remember the colour sequence in which the silks are put inside the tube. He announces that he will magically change the sequence of the coloured silks . He inserts them into one end of the tube, chants the magic words and removes them from the other end of the tube, The tube once again being shown empty, but to find that there is no change in the colour sequence. A little confused, he tells that he forgot to sprinkle some magic powder on them. He removes some powder from his pocket and sprinkles it over the silks, twice. Then he wraps the knot silks over his hand and sprinkles some more magic powder. On opening the silks, instead of three tied silks , he has now one large 18" square silk in his hands. It is composed of three colours,red yellow and green. The three 9" silks have magically blended into one large 18" silk!!
