Quality Policy

Shipment Policy

We will attempt to ship all in stock items within THREE (3) business days .However if ordered stock is not available, it will be made available within SEVEN (7) working days and then dispatched We will keep you updated with the shipment information ( tracking number, registered parcel number, etc.) as soon as the parcel is dispatched. We are not responsible for delay delivery of parcels due to strikes, and countries customs formalities. All duties and taxes are to be paid by you.

All items will be checked as per the order/packing list and packed in the parcel to the best of our capacity to avoid any damage in transit , however we are not responsible any mishandling of the parcel by courier authorities and postal services.

Pricing Poilcy

All prices are in INDIAN RUPEES , unless otherwise specified. The Prices indicated are Net, FOB Mumbai. Shipment by Indian Government Registered Post Parcel /Speed post or Courier whichever is feasible for which charges will be extra as applicable.

Order and Payment Policy

Minimum Retail order should be placed for Indian Rupees 500.00and minimum Wholesale order should be placed for Indian Rupess 1000.00

To qualify for Wholesale orders minimum quantity should be 3 sets each of any item For Sample orders please email us for information.

To place an order please see HOW TO ORDER on our home page .You may send the required money in the form of a Bank draft or cash transfer the amount into our bank. Details of bank will be provided after confirmation of order and availability of items.

On receipt of the complete payment we will dispatch the goods within three working days and if ordered stock is not available, it will be made available within 7 working days and then dispatched.

Return Policy

Unlike most products the value of a Magic trick lies both in its secret or the principal behind the trick and the actual item or the gimmick itself. In most cases the secret or the principal is more valuable then the actual item or the gimmick.

Since it is not fair on the inventor of the trick to order an item, learn the secret and return the item, we do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges except for manufacturing defects.

We advise you to check with us at patmagiccards@gmail.com if you have any concerns or questions about a magic trick or accessory before placing the order. Once the item is shipped … we will not be able to exchange an item or refund the cost of the item.

We test all our products before they are shipped out. In the rare event that an item does not function as expected due to faulty workmanship, we will refund or replace the item, but you need to contact us before you ship the item back to us.

Please send us an e-mail explaining the problem and if the problem is related to a faulty workmanship, we will replace or refund the cost of the item. Please ship the item back to us only when you receive an e-mail or an written request to ship back the item.

We would be able to refund for the item only if we receive the item in its original condition and in its original packing.

Any return that is justified and approved by us will be subject to a 20% restocking charge. So please. be careful in your choice of magical products ordered.
