Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please note the following terms and conditions for the Cancellation and Refund of orders
1)We reserve the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where Patil House of Magic & Entertainment is unable to meet the requirement of the order placed due to non availability of stock . However we will kindly inform you through emails or sms/ phone calls within appropriate time and any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
2) Please allow 2- 3 working days for refund payment process which will be done once the product is return back to us in its original packing and not damaged condition
3) Refund policy is not applicable to Magic books / magazines
Product Return policy .
1)Returned product will only be accepted if the shipped product is damaged or in case of any malfunctioning/ manufacturing defect .
2) Replacement of the product will be with the same another set and no exchange for any other product in value will be entertained .
3) As you are aware the value of the magic product lies in its secret hence we will not take any return if you are not able to perform or understand its working . We request you to please carefully read complete details of product before your purchasing it or still better call us for clarifications and details of the product .We will be happy to assist you in understanding the product .
4) Return / Damaged / Defective Products must be Shipped back with-in 7 working days of receipt of the same or else 10 % restocking fees will be applied on returned / damaged / defective product. once we receive Damaged / Defective Trick it will be replaced with same working Product.
5) Return/ Exchange is not applicable to Magic books / magazines
TIME PERIOD FOR INTIMATION OF DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE GOODS / RETURNS ..
1)Patil House of Magic & Entertainment should be informed of receipt of a damaged / defective product / returns ..etc within 3 Days of delivery to you. If You are unable to do so within 3 Days, we are not liable for the failure to replace the order "
2)Product can be returned back to us via Indian Postal services or your local courier. It should be properly packed in its original packing .
3)If we receive the return product in a damaged condition due to poor packing from your side. We are not liable to refund payment / exchange damaged product .
4)Cost of sending it back to us will be borne by you . Return shipping charges to be paid by customer only .
